1. Event/Functions are only allowed upon APPROVAL from the Management.
2. The following activities/consumption/items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in our property:

• Drugs
• Alcohol
• Gambling
• Party
• Weapon
• Flammable substances
• Hazardous Materials
• Illegal Substance
• Pets/Live Animals
• Non-Halal Food/Beverages
• Foul Smelling Food/Beverages
• Staining Food/Beverages

Or any IMMORAL or ILLEGAL activities against Malaysian Law.
We reserve the right to report/seize and charge a penalty if any of these terms are violated.

3. No catering services/canopy set up without approval.
4. STRICTLY LOW noise level after 7 PM as a form of respect to the nearby mosque and Muslim Kampung.
5. Guests are NOT ALLOWED to make noise that would disturb other guests and nearby neighbours. Tranquillity and peacefulness of the atmosphere is valued.
6. We are not responsible for your safety or any damage/loss or injury.
7. Take extra care in using our pool. Safety Buoy provided for Emergency Only.
8. Usage of pool for < 15 years old should be supervised by adults.
9. No food or drinks in the Swimming Pool gated area.
10. No Smoking/E-Cigarettes in any indoor area, toilets, gated pool, around children. Penalty may be charged for any trace of smoke in these areas.
11. DO NOT rearrange the furniture or remove any equipment, furniture, paintings or items from the villa and rooms.
12. Charges will be incurred for any damages/loss to the property (building, furnishing, fittings, fixtures, trees, plants, room keys, etc.)
13. Clean any used dishes and keep plates and cutleries or food covered to avoid pests and monkeys.
14. Please take good care of your belongings and safety around the premises. Charges will be incurred for any damages to the building, furniture, fittings, trees, plants and lost room keys.
15. No parking outside the compound (Public Road/Neighbour’s House).
16. Villa Capacity:

• Villa Upgrade = 18 Guests
• Villa Teduh & Dingin = 9 Guests
• 1 Room = 3 Guests

Any visitor staying overnight without prior notice will be charged RM 50/Head.

17. No shoes allowed in villa, bedroom hall or indoor spaces.
18. Any change of dates must be informed to our personnel 1 week in advance. Each booking is entitled to one change only, subject to availability.
19. Quotation issued by the company is only a price projection for clients. No unit or reservation is held for any period unless payment has been made and Receipt Confirmation issued.
20. Payment made 14 days before check-in date is non-refundable.
21. We reserve the rights to cancel your booking if any terms are violated or force majeure occurs.
